Traditional Modular Garden Office or Studio 12' x 12' (3.8m x 3.6m)

The 12' x 12' Garden Office is 3800mm wide x 3600mm deep, and features 3 window sections and a door section. The door can be located in either the Gable End or under the eaves overhang. Felt tiles and guttering are standard, along with 3 double sockets, 3 lights, a telephone socket, a switch and a consumer unit. Additional sockets are available.

The 3800mm wide x 3600mm deep (12' x 12') Garden Office: Including – 3 Window Sections, 1 Door Section, 8 Blank Sections, Felt Tile Roof and assembly on site.

Both the Traditional and Contemporary Modular Garden Offices can be manufactured either with an apex or mono roof (2.5m high) at no extra cost. The apex roof can be manufactured to a maximum of 2.5m to the ridge (up to 12ft (3.6m) across the gable end only).
