Traditional Modular Garden Office or Studio 12' x 8' (3.8m x 2.4m)

The 12' wide x 8' deep Traditional Garden Office is technically 3800mm wide x 2400mm deep. The standard unit is supplied with 3 window sections and a door section. Each window section has a double socket and a light, whilst the door section has the consumer unit and the light switch. The door is shown to be in the 3800mm side, although we can put it in the 2400mm side. Felt tiles and guttering are standard items whilst additional sockets are available - please ask for details.

The 3800mm wide x 2400mm deep (12' x 8') Garden Office: Including – 3 Window Sections, 1 Door Section, 6 Blank Sections, Felt Tile Roof and assembly on site.

You can upgrade a blank section with a window complete with a light & double socket for £500.00, and we can now build these Garden Offices with 2ft (600mm) panels if you wish to purchase a different size of building.

Both the Traditional and Contemporary Modular Garden Offices can be manufactured either with an apex or mono roof (2.5m high) at no extra cost. The apex roof can be manufactured to a maximum of 2.5m to the ridge (up to 12ft (3.6m) across the gable end only).
