The Traditional Office is 2600mm wide x 2400mm deep and the Mono roof 'Baby' Garden Office is 2400mm high (Ideal for current Planning Regulations) and features an overhang of 150mm to the front and both sides.  The overhang can be extended to the front if required.

The standard unit is fitted with 1 door, 2 windows and 5 blank sections, with the standard electrical pack of 1 switch, 1 telephone point, 2 double sockets and 2 lights - although more can be added if required. Felt tiles and guttering are standard items whilst additional sockets are available - please ask for details.

Ideal for smaller gardens, where the ridge height needs to be kept as low as possible, (Ideal for current Planning Regulations) our 'Baby' Garden Office features a mono pitch roof, sloping from front to back. Coloured polyester felt (either grey or brown) is fitted instead of felt tiles - providing the same durability. 

Guttering is hidden at the back of the building, ideally located for a water butt.

You can upgrade a blank section with a window complete with a light & double socket for £500.00, and we can now build these Garden Offices with 2ft (600mm) panels if you wish to purchase a different size of building.
