The Garden Retreat Premier Garage range is designed to last and built to a very high standard. They take pride of place in your garden. A superior alternative to a concrete construction, having advantages of a warm and dry atmosphere.
Choose from four different cladded finishes, including 12, 15 and 20mm Tanalised shiplap and 12mm Cedar, and a large variety of sizes and specifications to suit your space and budget requirements.
Available with joinery made double doors, part glazed or solid, up and over doors or in filled up and over doors
Also available are electronic up and over remote controlled doors. We can provide doors tall enough for 4WD vehicles and wider than normal for easier access.

FRAMING: 4" x 2" Tanalised Framing
ROOF: Onduline Sheeting on 9mm OSB boarding on 4" x 2" tanalised bearers. (Felt tiles are available if required)
DOORS: Solid joinery made double doors 7' wide x 6'6" high.
WINDOWS: Windows include a sill and one top opening window. 2 pane window: 40" wide x 26.5" high & 3 pane window: 59" wide x 26.5" high.

BASE REQUIREMENTS: All timber garages will require 6" of compacted hardcore, a damp proof course, 4" concrete slab and one course of semi-engineering bricks, designed to be strong and long lasting.
