Gotland 1D Log Cabin - 3.0m x 3.0m

 - Our product range include Garden Houses, Summerhouses, Children's Playhouses, Pavilions and Garden Offices/Studios with wall thickness of 28, 34, 44, 58 and 70 mm.

- Wall boards have wind tight chalet-connections and are double tongue and grooved (starting at 34 mm wall thickness). Instructions and assembly kits are provided with every building.

 - Floor Joists are pressure treated.

 - All 28mm, 34mm & 44mm buildings in the Classic Range have single glazed windows and/or doors as standard (Unless stated otherwise)

  -All 44mm cabins in the premium Range, 58mm & 70mm buildings have double glazed windows & doors as standard.

  -Additional windows and doors can ONLY be ordered with a building, i.e not as a single item.

 - All buildings have the option of a mineral felt roof or you can select Bitumen Roofing Shingles which comes in brown or green (dependant upon manufacturer) as a standard.  If you wish to choose either a different colour or shape please call our sales team.

 - Prices include direct delivery to mainland England & Wales. For other areas there may be an additional charged.

 - Delivery is usually within 7-14 days, or if not in UK stock will be 4 - 6 weeks, please call for an up-date on your preferred cabin choice. 

 - We would also like you to note that it is imperative, due to the size of the package, that at least two adults are available to receive the cabin (delivery option only).  All cabins are delivered via a lorry, so please be sure to have cleared enough space outside your home/garden!  If you choose the installation service, Staff from Garden Retreat will meet the lorry and unload it for you and then proceed to install your cabin.

- Installation prices relate to 30 miles from Wimborne, Dorset, please do not hesitate to enquire  for our installation service if you live further a field.

- Please advise if there are any restrictions relating to either vehicle access to your property or access to the rear of your garden.
