Garden Offices Brighton. This project was great for Garden Retreat, with lots of design input from ourselves and with the Client who had some great ideas and huge amounts of forethought as to what he was trying to achieve. The building incorporates an entrance porch, main area which will be used as an Airbnb with toilet and shower facilities. The main room is fully glazed to the front with wrap around side lights and has a fantastic view back to the house and garden.
All in all a great project and happy customer!
GARDEN OFFICE BRIGHTON

THE BUILD

This contemporary garden building is constructed using an external tanalised feather edge redwood cladding as an up-grade and a vapour barrier to ensure any damp is kept out of the building. The walls are constructed using a 75mm x 38mm timber frame, 50mm Celotex in the roof and walls and 15mm inner lined grooved birch ply panels to finish the walls. The total thickness of the walls are 100mm which lends itself to all year round use. The floor is manufactured using heavy duty bearers, 75mm Celotex and a 15mm ply floor with a engineered laminate floor which is hard wearing and easy to clean and comes in 4 colours, please contact us for laminate floor options.
This particular model was supplied with one set of 1200mm wide anthracite grey uPVC multi-lock French doors, two 1200mm anthracite grey uPVC sidelights to the front and two 600mm sidelights which provides a modern look and lots of light. In addition, it has two double casement windows on the end elevations. The building is designed to be modular so during the ordering process you have the opportunity to choose where you want the windows and doors to be.
