Garden Offices Poole. Mr & Mrs H are a lovely young couple who are starting their family and needed to have a garden office and also wanted an integrated dry storage room. The building is 6.8m long by 3.0m deep with vertical cedar, fully insulated with an electrics pack and laminate floor.
They were so happy and it was delivered and installed one week before the stork arrived!
Here is what we did……….

The Build

This contemporary garden building is constructed using an external vertical cedar cladding (an up-grade) and a vapour barrier to ensure any damp is kept out of the building. The walls are constructed using a 75mm x 38mm timber frame, 50mm Celotex in the roof and walls and 15mm inner lined grooved birch ply panels to finish the walls. The total thickness of the walls are 100mm which lends itself to all year round use. The floor is manufactured using heavy duty bearers, 75mm Celotex and a 15mm ply floor with a engineered laminate floor which is hard wearing and easy to clean and comes in 4 colours, please contact us for laminate floor options.
This particular model was supplied with one set of 1200mm wide anthracite grey uPVC multi-lock French doors, two 600mm anthracite grey uPVC sidelights to the front and a 900mm solid uPVC door to the dry storage area. In addition, it has a 900mm x 900mm double casement window to the front elevation for additional light and ventilation. The building is designed to be modular so during the ordering process you have the opportunity to choose where you want the windows and doors to be.

TESTIMONIAL
“Fantastic service, from initial enquiring to first site visit to complete installation. Communication throughout was prompt and informative. Installation took two days! Wouldn’t change anything about the whole process and the final outcome was just perfect. Thankyou!” Verified Review By Houzz
