Garden Offices Salisbury. Mr W was looking for a gym and dry storage area and wanted to maximise the space at the bottom of the garden. We demolished the old shed and removed the old concrete base which was too high and very uneven.

We then installed a fully insulated ground screw base and deck and built their new garden gym and dry store in a day!

Here is what we did……….

This contemporary garden building is constructed using an external vertical cedar cladding  (an up-grade) and a vapour barrier to ensure any damp is kept out of the building.  The walls are constructed using a 75mm x 38mm timber frame, 50mm Celotex in the roof and walls and 15mm inner lined grooved birch ply panels to finish the walls. The total thickness of the walls are 100mm which lends itself to all year round use.  The floor is manufactured using heavy duty bearers, 75mm Celotex and a 15mm ply floor with a engineered laminate floor which is hard wearing and easy to clean and comes in 4 colours, please contact us for laminate floor options.

The roof is insulated and comes with an inner ply, metal roof covering, underfelt and internal spot lights or flush LED light panels, In this example the spot lights are shared between the gym and dry storage area with separate switches.
Within the electrics pack there is a consumer unit, 3 double sockets (brushed stainless or white) and a switch in the office area. We also install sockets with built in USB charging points which is very useful and this building also has external spots to light up the front of the building.
This particular model is 5.6m wide x 3.6m deep with a fully insulated partition and a solid uPVC personnel door on the right elevation to access the dry storage area. The left hand room is used as a gym. The exterior cladding is vertical cedar to the front and right hand elevations and the left hand and rear elevations are our standard horizontal tanalised redwood. This creates a great look for half the price and the left and rear elevations are hidden
