“My daughter’s decision to use Garden Retreat for her new home office was a really good one. I was involved at the installation stage as she was working abroad. James invested a considerable amount of time in helping to design a bespoke product, which included liaising with a specialist window company. He was on site on many occasions before construction started, liaising with a local builder who was building the base and checking the dimensions of the brickwork when it was finished. Nothing was left to chance. He communicated very well and paid a lot of attention to detail. He went out of his way to get some unusual materials for finishing the interior to give an aesthetically pleasing appearance and he installed these himself.
