This contemporary garden building is constructed using an external vertical cedar cladding  (an up-grade) and a vapour barrier to ensure any damp is kept out of the building.  The walls are constructed using a 75mm x 38mm timber frame, 50mm Celotex in the roof and walls and 15mm inner lined grooved birch ply panels to finish the walls. The total thickness of the walls are 100mm which lends itself to all year round use.  The floor is manufactured using heavy duty bearers, 75mm Celotex and a 15mm ply floor with a engineered laminate floor which is hard wearing and easy to clean and comes in 4 colours, please contact us for laminate floor options.

The roof is insulated and comes with an inner ply, metal roof covering, underfelt and internal spot lights or flush LED light panels, In this example there are 4 LED light panels fitted flush into the ceiling
Within the electrics pack there is a consumer unit, 3 double sockets (brushed stainless or white) and a switch in the office area. We also install sockets with built in USB charging points which is very useful and this building also has external spots to light up the front of the building.

This particular model was supplied with a double casement window in anthracite grey uPVC to allow additional ventilation and a set of 4.3m wide aluminium bifold doors with one service door to the left and 3 leaves openig to the right which allows the whole building to be opened up to the garden.  The building is designed to be modular so during the ordering process you have the opportunity to choose where you want the windows and doors to be.
